N+A Forensics is a partnership between Laurence Neuman, P.E., and Anthony Andreoni, P.E., CFEI, CFVI. With a combined five decades of experience in forensic engineering and technical consulting services, they provide clients with the data, analysis, and insights they can trust to bring clarity in even the most complex cases.

Laurence Neuman, P.E.

Consulting Engineer

Formerly the principal of Neuman Engineering, Laurence Neuman has been providing technical expertise, education, litigation consulting, and expert witness services since 1989. Laurence has a BS and MS in civil engineering from CSU Sacramento, a JD from McGeorge School of Law, and is a licensed civil and traffic engineer, which uniquely positions him to approach each case with deep technical knowledge and a practical legal perspective. Having given more than 600 expert depositions and testified in more than 200 trials, Laurence has extensive experience as a testifying expert in both State and Federal Courts.

Specializations: Accident reconstruction, roadway defects, environments for collision causation, pedestrian slip and fall

Anthony Andreoni, P.E., CFEI, CFVI of N+A Forensics

Anthony Andreoni, P.E., CFEI, CVFI

Consulting Engineer

Formerly the principal of A2 Consulting Engineers, Anthony Andreoni is a testifying expert and has provided clients with mechanical and forensic engineering services since 1997. Anthony has an MBA and BS in mechanical engineering technology from CSU Sacramento, is ASE certified and an active member in SAE International, and is a registered professional engineer in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, TX, ID, and UT. He is NAFI certified as a fire causation investigator and a licensed small unmanned aircraft system (UAS) pilot under the FAA.

Specializations: Mechanical and electrical loss analysis, commercial vehicle event data recorder (ECM/EDR) analysis, vehicle fire causation, product liability/lemon law vehicle inspections
